SHIPPING

All orders received before 12 o'clock midday will be processed on the same day. Delivery will take 2/3 days for the Peninsula and 4/6 days for the Balearic Islands and Canary Islands.

Orders will be delivered through a specialized company, at the address indicated by the customer when making the order or at the address which appears in our database if the customer has already purchased items from us before. You should provide us with a contact telephone number so that the delivery company can contact you and arrange a delivery time.

Shipping prices

Shipping will be free for orders over €150 within the peninsula. For orders less than this amount, the shipping costs that will be applied will be the following:

- Peninsula: 8 euros (VAT included)

- Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla: to consult

- International destinations: to consult

RETURNS GUARANTEES

When you receive the goods, please check their condition. If you find any anomaly, please indicate this on the delivery invoice and let us know within 24 hours of reception. You can also reject the package or order, also informing us within 24 hours. The affected product will be replaced free of charge in either case. To contact us, use the telephone number or email address which appear in the heading.

If the goods are in a good condition, but for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a seven-day period after reception to exercise your right to return them. You can change for another product or ask for a refund. In this case, the return costs must be paid by the customer.

To change or credit the product in this event, it should be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once the goods are received at our warehouse, and after they are checked, we will proceed to refund the amount via the same payment method used by the customer.
