All the products in our store are available at any time. In the event that a product is not available at the time you place your order, you will be informed immediately, and it will be replaced by a similar item or you will receive a refund. All the prices advertised in our store are inclusive of VAT. These prices are subject to change at any time and without prior notice.

SHIPPING

All orders received before 12 o'clock midday will be processed on the same day. Delivery will take 2/3 days for the Peninsula and 4/6 days for the Balearic Islands and Canary Islands.

Orders will be delivered through a specialized company, at the address indicated by the customer when making the order or at the address which appears in our database if the customer has already purchased items from us before. You should provide us with a contact telephone number so that the delivery company can contact you and arrange a delivery time.

Shipping prices

Shipping will be free for orders over €150 within the peninsula. For orders less than this amount, the shipping costs that will be applied will be the following:

- Peninsula: 8 euros (VAT included)

- Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla: to consult

- International destinations: to consult

Returns Guarantees

When you receive the goods, please check their condition. If you find any anomaly, please indicate this on the delivery invoice and let us know within 24 hours of reception. You can also reject the package or order, also informing us within 24 hours. The affected product will be replaced free of charge in either case. To contact us, use the telephone number or email address which appear in the heading.

If the goods are in a good condition, but for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a seven-day period after reception to exercise your right to return them. You can change for another product or ask for a refund. In this case, the return costs must be paid by the customer.

To change or credit the product in this event, it should be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once the goods are received at our warehouse, and after they are checked, we will proceed to refund the amount via the same payment method used by the customer.  

FORMS OF PAYMENT

We have several forms of payment so you can choose the most convenient method or that which suits you best:

Payment by bank transfer

Once the buying process is finished, those who have chosen to pay by bank transfer will receive an email with the total to pay and our bank details so a transfer can be made. In this case, the goods will be sent once we receive proof of payment. This is a very secure and common method we use for direct sales to the customer.

Payment by credit card

If you choose this payment method, we will charge the amount to your card just as if you were buying in a normal shop. It is convenient and secure. The data provided is encrypted using the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layers) guaranteeing its security as it cannot be seen by anyone when it is sent over the Internet. However, on certain occasions, we reserve the right to deny payment by credit card, requiring payment to be made by bank transfer.

Payment through PayPal

If you choose this payment method, you will be redirected to a secure PayPal page. This company is the world leader in dealing with Internet payments, allowing payments to be made and received securely. All purchases will be charged in euros regardless of the exchange rate at the time, which may be favorable or unfavorable to the buyer.

Conservas Olasagasti, S.L. is the owner and holds the registration of the website www.conservasolasagasti.com (hereinafter the “Website”), with registered office at Avd. Erdoza, 36 -48270 Markina (Bizkaia)  and with VAT number B 48562052. It is a company which deals in the production of preserved and semi-preserved fish.

Conservas Olasagasti, S.L.  guarantees the protection of all personal data provided by the User on the Website. Also, in compliance with the provisions of the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, regarding the Protection of Personal Data; the RD 1720/2007 of 21 December; and the remaining applicable regulations, it informs you that::

a)    All personal data provided to Conservas Olasagasti, S.L. will be handled in accordance with the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December regarding the Protection of Personal Data and the RD 1720/2007 of 21 December. This data will be incorporated into the WEBSITE USERS database, which has been created and is maintained under the responsibility of Conservas Olasagasti, S.L., which has been duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

b)    The data is collected for the following purposes: (i) managing, studying and resolving any queries and (ii) sending advertising and commercial material by electronic means, regarding the company, its activities, products and services, as well as other diverse information.
